Rehearsal
Rehearsal is also a conscious process, and is where collaborative expression begins. Rehearsal is where different techniques have to be observed (ensemble, dynamics, intonation, tone production, etc.). In this section, students will be able to listen to clinicians speak about the dos and dont's, collaboration and mutual respect. Discussion points include techniques such as how to start a tune, transition to a solo, and accompany and listen to the rhythm section.
